イチゴ大福づくり ”Cooking Japanese sweets -Ichigo Daifuku”

今日の午後のアクティビティは、『いちご大福作り』でした。イチゴ大福はあんことイチゴが入ったお餅です。IELTS試験対策コースを受講中のたいすけさんと、日本語コースを受講している生徒さんで初めての和菓子作りを楽しみましたよ!

Today’s afternoon activity was cooking Japanese sweets, Ichigo Daifuku. Ichigo means strawberry and Daifuku is sticky rice with red bean paste. Japanese student from the IELTS preparation course joined the activity too and we had so much fun making Japanese sweets for the first time!

電子レンジで温めたお餅はとっても熱く、あんこはとてもべたべたとしているので、とても難しいのです!

Mochi(sticky rice) which was cooked in microwave was very hot and Anko (red bean paste) was so sticky! It was very hard to make good ones!

Whose daifuku is the best looking one?

食べるの待ちきれません!うまくできたでしょ?

We just couldn’t wait to eat them!
