A2 class got out from the classroom, and learnt “live Japanese” in Kobe city.

The first destination was Kobe city hall. But Isomi sensei couldn’t leave you alone when you were on your way there! She kept asking questions in Japanese such as “What is it ?” ” that is a crosswalk”. Elisa san will never forget the word “Oodanhodou” crosswalk in Japanese!

They were leaning “There is ○○ at ~” in Japanese. They learned new vocabrary for shopping centre beforehand, so Samuel san could answer what “Uranai” was! Well done!

We checked out many shops at Daiei and learned a lot of new vocabrary. At the end, they got a shopping list and bought some stuff for the “Making Sushi rolls” activity for this Friday! There were very difficult items to find such as Sakura Denbu ( Sakura denbu is pink coloured fish powder, we usually use it for sushi roll), you did a great job! It is a great opportunity to learn ” live” Japanese words outside of classroom!
