There are many Sake breweries in Kobe because there is a lot of good spring water from Rokko mountain that creates “Male”sake, which is dry, crisp and strong.
Nihonshu (Sake) is getting very popular in the world nowadays.Let’s learn how to brew Sake, and try some!

Thomas san is tasting and smelling the Sake elegantly! People who come from countries that often drink wines are good at tasting and finding their favourite Sake; rice wine!

Everyone enjoyed visiting 浜福鶴, they learned how to brew sake, did some tasting, and bought bottles of sake for families and friends back in their countries! Junmai Daiginjo, Yuzu, Japanese citrus Sake(Great for summer!) and Brown Sugar Umeshu (Plum wine) were very popular! We are sure that everyone will like your souvenirs!!

The hot summer is starting, but let’s enjoy learning Japanese language, culture and history through after-class activities!!
