Activity class,

 

 

今週木曜日のアクティビティクラスは、飾り切りでした。

飾り切りとは、包丁を使って野菜や果物をお花などの形に切ることです。

そうすることで、料理により一層美しさや季節感を出しています。

見ているだけでとても楽しめますよね。

では、始めて行きましょう!

On Thursday, we had an activity which was “Kazarigiri”.

Kazarigiri is to cut out vegetables into flowers and various shapes using knives.

This will make dishes even more beautiful and give them a seasonal feeling.

It is really enjoyable to watch, isn’t it?

Then, let’s get started!

このお二人に関しては、私よりも器用でした・・・(笑)

みんな初めての飾り切りに苦戦しましたが、とっても楽しくできました!

Yes, we are SERIOUS!

These two students are more proficient than me… haha

We ended up having a lot of fun even though it was a challenge because it was our first Kazarigiri.
